Eating healthly is vey important, as we eat everyday. What we eat is very important because we must get vitamins and nutrition from food. We all love to eat fast food, fried stuff and too sweet or salty food which is not very good for our body. We must eat like vegetables, meat, fish and other healthy products then we can be healthy and strong. I know some food which do not have a pleasant taste, but it is good for our body. We must be grateful to our family members or other stalls selling food although the food they sell is not very good as home-cooking. Sometimes we don't like the food we have and sometimes wasting food but other poor people do not have any food to eat. So now we are very lucky to have food to eat. Although sometimes when we have the food we like, we cannot keep eating them. We must also kepp some food for other people to eat and they can be as healthy as we are. I hope people will stop wasting food!
